How much does it cost? Our package price are all-inclusive of photo or image scanning, slideshow production, DVD menu, music, Special effects transitions, captions, titles simple photo editing, DVD box cases and label.
Can you scan all of my non-digital photos? Nannuk Media Group scan print photograph up to 8" x 10". We can also scan paper media, such as weeding invitations, newspaper, clippings, graduation announcement, diplomas, birth certificates, etc...
Can I send my image taken with a digital cameras? Yes, the photos must have been taken with your digital camera's setting at medium-high resolution. Digital photos taken at a camera's lower resolution setting will NOT be acceptable for inclusion in the slideshows.
If I send digital pictures; which format do you prefer? It is best to send your digital photos in .jpg format, but we are also able to accept .gif and .bmp files. If you wish to send pre-scanned photos, there are specific requirements which must be met for the photo to be included in our slideshows. A)Photos sized 3" x 5" or larger must be scanned at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. B) Photos sized smaller than 3" x 5" to wallet size must be scanned at a resolution of 600dpi. C) Photos smaller than wallet size must be scanned at a minimum of 800dpi.
Can you fix my damage photos? We are able to digitally correct minor flaws as: red-eye correction, tint/color imperfections, minor tears, minor spots/fingerprint, some minor water/moisture damage. Remember out of focus pictures are impossible to fix.
Are additional copies of my slideshow? Yes, additional copies are available. Please see the additional service.
Will all of my original materials be returned to me? Anything you send to Nannuk Media Group for inclusion in your slideshow (print photos, paper media, music CD, photo CD, etc...)
Where do you get the background music? Our DVD slideshow are not intended for public presentation; they are intended and create for private use only. You can send us a legal CD copy containing the music you want on slideshow. Nannuk Media Group will not accepted a homemade CD copy, Internet download or music compilation.
Will your DVD plays on any DVD players? We record our slideshow movies on DVD-R disks, using the highest quality media. Our DVD will play on more than 99% of all currents DVD players manufactured after the year 2000. Please request which type of DVD disk you prefer DVD-R or DVD+R.
Which for of payment do you accept? We accept Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Credit Cards by Pay Pal.
How long will it take for my completed order to be returned? The estimated time for product completion is between 15 to 20 business days from the date on which we receive your materials and fully payment.
